Anyhow, I’m now in Philadelphia on the 25th Floor looking out onto the city, and I see the steps of the Museum where Rocky grunted and put up his fists to reclaim his manhood. I’ll be running soon, too, to reclaim what? Vigor, I guess.
Yesterday I left Albany @ 330, arrived in Detroit @ 5, left @ 845, arrived here @ 11. What a great infrastructure we have in this country. Where is Rocky when you need him?
A great Coney at the DTW airport and room service of a turkey club. So much for dining in Philadelphia where, no kidding, the food is great. Certainly the second best food city on the East Coast. (Yo, NYC!)
Chef Vetri @ 915 and then I’ll go to Reading Terminal and meet the Amish before another long travel day.
