Jazzed Up

McCoy Tyner, this Friday, at Regattabar in Harvard Square: An opportunity to hear the melodic authority of one of the great jazz artists of all time.  I’ve seen him before, will see him this week, and hope to see him again.

Until then, it’s Oregon morels and hedgehogs: Rice, sauté, pasta, with chicken, with fish, and so on.  The pan seared red snapper filet finished in the oven last night?  That’s what we’re talking about.

But the big news?

The big news is today’s taping on America’s Test Kitchen with Chris Kimball.  Should be lively!
