Thank God, it’s Tuesday!  I know, right?  How’d we make it through Monday?  Here in “the Athens of America” the whirligig of action got its start in Dudley what with tales of incarceration and vehicular homicide and then got moving with a visit to MGH to help a friend with a colonoscopy, and later, but not by much, it was four slices from Galleria Umberto and a two mile run at the gym.

Exhausting, I know.

The thick white asparagus spears and pan seared ramps helped.

The loss by Indiana?  Did not help.

Today it’s home to write what is turning into a series of vignettes about mothers; another edit of the book on rice; more details to add to my story on Tokyo for The Boston Globe; and, pitches galore on CH.

Tuesday!  Could it be any better?
