Where in this city can I get a meal like this?  Answer: Nowhere.  Too busy with burgers, steak tips, fried food, and offal:

Fresh porcini carpaccio with asparagus tips, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and cracked Hawaiian salt

Fried and breaded porcini

Saute of fresh black morels on toasted pumpernickel

Braised baby chicken with black morels and ramps

Pan seared waygu ribeye from Snake River Farms and black morels

Robuchon style mashed potatoes with black morels

Walnut Brownies a la Madeline
